1 ما البيانات التي يمكن حذفها؟

يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية التالية التي تحتفظ بها مزن الرقمية بصفتها متحكّمًا في البيانات:

  • بيانات حسابك: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، واسم الشركة.
  • بيانات الفوترة والاشتراك المرتبطة بحسابك.
  • بيانات الاستخدام وسجلّات النشاط المرتبطة بحسابك.
  • بيانات التكامل مع واتساب: معرّفات الحساب ورموز الوصول.

إذا كنت عميلًا نهائيًا لإحدى الشركات المشتركة في منصّتنا (مستأجر)، فيُرجى توجيه طلبك مباشرةً إلى تلك الشركة، إذ إنها المتحكّم في بياناتك لا نحن.

2 كيفية تقديم طلب الحذف

أرسل طلبك عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@muzon.sa من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.

أرفق المعلومات المطلوبة

اذكر في رسالتك: اسمك الكامل، واسم الشركة (إن وُجد)، وبريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل، ونوع البيانات التي تطلب حذفها.

التحقق من الهوية

قد نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك لحماية بياناتك من الحذف غير المصرّح به.

تأكيد الحذف

سنُرسل إليك تأكيدًا بالبريد الإلكتروني عند اكتمال تنفيذ طلب الحذف.

3 المدة الزمنية للمعالجة

نلتزم بمعالجة طلبات الحذف خلال ٣٠ يومًا من استلام الطلب المكتمل. في الحالات المعقّدة التي تستدعي مزيدًا من الوقت، سنُخطرك بذلك خلال ١٥ يومًا من استلام الطلب مع بيان السبب والمدة المتوقّعة.

4 استثناءات الحذف

قد تتعذّر إزالة بعض البيانات أو تأخير حذفها في الحالات التالية:

  • الالتزام النظامي: إذا كان النظام يُلزمنا بالاحتفاظ بها لفترة محدّدة (مثل السجلات الضريبية أو المالية).
  • النزاعات القائمة: إذا كانت البيانات ضرورية للدفاع في نزاع قانوني أو شكوى معلّقة.
  • المديونيات المستحقة: قد تُحتفظ ببعض بيانات الحساب حتى تسوية أي مبالغ مستحقة.
  • البيانات المُجهَّلة: البيانات المُجمَّعة أو المُجهَّلة التي لا تُتيح التعرّف عليك لا تخضع للحذف.

في جميع الأحوال، سنُبلّغك بأي استثناء ينطبق على طلبك مع بيان سببه.

5 آثار الحذف

يُرجى مراعاة ما يلي قبل تقديم طلب الحذف:

  • سيُوقَف وصولك إلى المنصّة نهائيًا عند اكتمال الحذف.
  • لا يمكن استرداد البيانات بعد حذفها.
  • إذا كنت مسؤولًا عن حساب شركة، فسيؤثّر الحذف على جميع المستخدمين المرتبطين بالحساب.
  • ننصح بتصدير بياناتك من المنصّة قبل تقديم طلب الحذف.

Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.

1 What Data Can Be Deleted?

You may request deletion of the following personal data held by Muzon Digital as a data controller:

  • Account data: your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
  • Billing and subscription records associated with your account.
  • Usage data and activity logs linked to your account.
  • WhatsApp integration data: account identifiers and access tokens.

If you are an end-customer of a business that uses our platform (a Tenant), please direct your request to that business directly — they are the data controller for your data, not us.

2 How to Submit a Request

Send your request by email

Email us at privacy@muzon.sa from the email address associated with your account.

Include the required information

State in your message: your full name, company name (if applicable), registered email address, and the type of data you wish to have deleted.

Identity verification

We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.

Deletion confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation once your deletion request has been fully completed.

3 Processing Timeline

We are committed to processing deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a complete request. In complex cases that require additional time, we will notify you within 15 days of receiving the request, explaining the reason and the expected timeframe.

4 Deletion Exceptions

Some data may not be removed, or its deletion may be delayed, in the following circumstances:

  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to retain data for a specified period (e.g. tax or financial records).
  • Active disputes: where the data is necessary to defend a legal claim or pending complaint.
  • Outstanding amounts: some account data may be retained until any outstanding balances are settled.
  • Anonymised data: aggregated or anonymised data that cannot be used to identify you is not subject to deletion.

In all cases, we will inform you of any applicable exception and its reason.

5 Effects of Deletion

Please consider the following before submitting a deletion request:

  • Your access to the Platform will be permanently terminated upon completion of deletion.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered.
  • If you manage a company account, deletion will affect all users associated with that account.
  • We recommend exporting your data from the Platform before submitting a deletion request.
